We are the leaders in supplying high quality air pollution control equipments, which aids in removing contaminants from the air / gas stream. Dust collectors like cyclone, multi clone, bag filter and scrubbers are some of the equipments manufactured by us for controlling air pollution.
Dust Collectors: The range of dust collectors is designed to handle light and heavy dust loads. These vary in design, space requirement, in operating, and maintenance. It contains dust filter, dust receptable and filter-cleaning system. We fabricate two kinds of dust collectors:
Dry Type Collectors: We, Adroit Fantech Engineers, are the one of the leading manufacturer and exporter of dry type dust collectors, which is easy to operate and fabricated by high quality material, which increases its durability. It is divided in three parts:
Cyclone: We produce cyclones that are commonly used for removing dust from air or gas stream. There are various features of our cyclone like it is accessible in budget, needs low maintenance and less pressure drop. These are offered in multistage for better results. The efficiency of cyclone is as high as 90% in which at least 20 microns can be achieved. We utilize aluminum, steel and stainless steel in the making of this product range.

Multi Cyclone: It is used for eradicating dust from the air. It is efficient enough to eradicate dust up to 89% in which 5microns can be achieved. We use steel and cast iron in manufacturing inner portion of multi cyclone and its outer portion are made of sheet metal. Hopper with rotary air lock valve is also available with this product.
Fabric Collectors (Bag) Filters: We are specialized in manufacturing fabric collectors or bag filters for eradicating different types of dust particles. We select the fabric according to the dust, gas and temperature while designing the bag filters.
Our bag filters are easy in operating and highlym efficient in removing dust. It can remove dust particles up to 99.8% down to 5microns. Hopper, rotary air lock valve and screw conveyor are available along with this product.
We use polyester, ryton, polypropylene and nomax in the construction of bag filters. We offer following types of bag filters:
- Type: Pulse Jet/Mechanical Shaking/Manual Shaking
- Type of Bags: Conventional Bag/Pleated/Cartridge
- Material: Polyester, Polypropylene, Nomex, Ryton, Teflon. Can be supplied with anti static/moisture repellant coatings
- Capacity: Custom built
- Application: For particle filtration
Wet Type Collectors: The wet collectors made by us has the ability to handle low as well as high temperature along with light dust laded gases. These are made of carbon steel, stainless steel, rubber lined and PP FRP and used in various industries for controlling dust and gas absorption.
Scrubbers: These are used to remove particles or gases from industrial
exhaust streams. We manufacture Spray scrubbers, static scrubbers and venturi scrubbers for controlling the pollution. Scrubber uses high-energy liquid spray for removing aerosol and gaseous pollutants from air / gas.
